Breathwork is being touted as the new mindfulness approach, taking the wellness space by storm. Although it’s been around for a long time, and used in many different yoga approaches, it’s also a useful tool when applied to business – whether that’s for making decisions, productivity, clarity, or techniques to employ when emotions are running high.
